The Tiny Tush contour diapers have a loose liner that is affixed to the inside back of the diaper. It is only affixed on the one side and drapes freely down the center of the diaper where maximum wetting occurs. Because it is loose, this cloth diaper dries up quickly after a good wash. This also helps the diaper get cleaned deeper in the wash, because cloth diapers that do not dry completely can store up bacteria and/or mold within the soakers. The Tiny Tush contour diapers do NOT have an outer waterproof layer and will absolutely require a cloth diaper cover to keep moisture from leaking to baby's clothing, sheets, momma's hip, and anywhere else.
