Choose Cloth Diapers - A Natural Solution for Childrearing
Choosing cloth diapers can be the first step a new or experienced parent can make toward more natural solutions for childrearing.
Founder and CEO of SoftClothBunz.com, Bryana Guckin, was interviewed recently by Tidewater Parent Magazine. The topic under discussion was the ever-growing popularity of cloth diapers and the relative ease and benefits of the diaper method. This is an area Guckin knows very well.
With experience in both selling cloth diaper systems and using them on her children, Guckin has a wealth of knowledge on the topic. Sales of cloth diapers have been increasing steadily over the last few years, and this rise is nationwide. This increase, Guckin strongly believes, is tied to the increased concern about our environment and the preference for more natural solutions to childrearing.
Cloth diapers are far gentler on the environment than their disposable counterparts. As cloth diapers are washed and reused, they are not contributing to overflowing landfills. The natural fibers used in the cloth diaper material are less abrasive on the sensitive skin of babies, and using cloth diapers also leads to substantial cost savings over a period of time.
Modern cloth diaper systems are far simpler and more attractive than most parents realize. Certain styles of cloth diapers, such as all-in-one diapers look identical to disposables, but can be washed and reused. Other styles are just as simple and often very attractive.
Disposable diapers are still more common than cloth diapers, but an increasing number of parents are realizing the simplicity and substantial benefits of Choosing cloth diapers and making the switch.
